Included Documents
You need more than just a Revocable Living Trust to protect yourself, your family and your property.  We include the following documents in our Revocable Living Trust Package:

Revocable Living Trust

When properly funded, avoids probate, saves time, saves money, and unlike a Will, may reduce or even eliminate Federal estate taxes.

Special Needs Options
Our Living Trust provides "special needs" options for any handicapped beneficiaries and will afford protection to beneficiaries who might need government assistance such as SSI or Medicaid in the future. This is intended to eliminate the problem of having a beneficiary disqualified from government assistance because of an interest in a Trust.

Trust Transfer Documents
Deeds that are needed to transfer real property into the Trust.

Certification of Trust
Provides a summary of the Trust for easy use with financial institutions; e.g., banks, brokers, insurance companies, etc.  It verifies the existence of the Trust and who manages the Trust without discussing what is in the Trust or who gets the property in the Trust.

Advance Healthcare Directive
Authorizes your personally appointed agent to enforce your health care decisions, including directing medical personnel to remove life support systems if desired, in the event of a terminal illness or injury, or persistent vegetative state; expresses your intention regarding organ donations, and more, in the event you are unable to act on your own behalf.

HIPAA Release (Federal)
The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 allows medical professionals and hospitals to access your medical records should something happen while away from home.

Durable Power of Attorney for Asset Management
Authorizes your personally appointed agent to handle your financial affairs in the event of incapacity. Of significant importance, our version of this Power of Attorney nominates your agents to act as your conservator if the government ever seeks to have a conservator appointed for you.

Pour-Over Will
A Will that is really a safety net that basically says something like, "When I die, if I forgot to put something in my Trust, I leave it to my Trust."

Notice of Intent to Return Home
Protects your home’s exemption during your lifetime if you ever need and use Medi-Cal.
